SELECTMEN’S MINUTES
October 14, 2008
MEMBERS PRESENT: Selectman MacCleery, Selectman Jordan and Administrator Lisa Stevens.
Others present: Sandra Rourke, Municipal Auditor; Department of Revenue
Selectman MacCleery opened the meeting 12:00 noon. The purpose of the meeting was to establish the 2008 tax rate.
The following revenue lines were reviewed and adjusted; Shared Revenues; Meals & Rooms; Highway Block; Flood Control; Grant Money; Trust & Fiduciary Funds.
Motion Selectman MacCleery, second Selectman Jordan to hold the retainage amount to 5% and use $13,655 to offset the town tax portion of the total rate. Both were in favor. Motion passes.
The 2008 projected tax rate is $21.357.

School $12.19
State Ed $2.26
County $2.37
Being no further business, Selectman MacCleery adjourned the meeting at 12:55pm.
